Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our garage door sales and service team. This role supports daily office operations, scheduling, dispatch, customer service, and coordination with technicians and sales staff in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
-Support management of vendor contracts
- Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule service calls, installations, and sales appointments
- Dispatch technicians and manage daily job calendars
- Create and manage customer files, work orders, and service tickets
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and basic reports
- Follow up with customers on service completion and payments
- Support inventory tracking for doors, openers, and parts
- Assist with payroll prep, time tracking, and data entry
Qualifications
- 5+ years of administrative experience (home services or construction strongly preferred)
- Experience in garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, or similar trade preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume office environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Experience with ServiceTitan software a plus
Preferred
- Knowledge of garage door parts and terminology
- Dispatch experience
- Basic bookkeeping (AR/AP)
