Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial garage doors, including roll-up doors, steel roll-up doors, sectional doors, and dock levelers.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with commercial door systems.
• Install, program, and repair commercial openers and control systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure doors are operating safely and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a commercial garage door technician.
• Expertise in roll-up doors, steel roll-up doors, sectional doors, and dock levelers.
• Strong knowledge of commercial opener systems and related technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and working at heights.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in commercial door systems or related field.
• Experience with both mechanical and electrical components of commercial doors.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
