Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer experience and dispatch department.
  • Address customer experience issues promptly, using data analysis to guide decisions.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine customer experience and dispatch procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Set and align customer satisfaction goals with the team, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Create, manage, and enhance an effective customer loyalty program based on customer insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer experience and dispatch activities, analyzing trends to prepare detailed reports.
  • Monitor and manage the customer experience and dispatch department budget with a data-driven approach.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry techniques, methods, and tools to ensure continuous improvement.


Requirements:

  • Proven management experience, preferably in customer experience and dispatch roles.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of management practices, techniques, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
