Are you energetic, organized, and passionate about helping people? Precision Garage Door Service is looking for a driven Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team! 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, enjoys multitasking, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a key role in scheduling, problem-solving, and keeping our daily operations running smoothly. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Answer inbound calls and schedule customer appointments efficiently  
  • Provide clear, professional, and friendly communication with customers  
  • Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels (phone, etc.)  
  • Resolve customer concerns and follow through to completion  
  • Assist with dispatching and coordinate with technicians daily  
  • Support upset customers with empathy and effective solutions  
  • Maintain accurate records and stay organized in a fast-paced environment  
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and customer-first mindset  
  • Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training  
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience  

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Previous customer service experience required  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills  
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure  
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable  
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team environment  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace  
  • Some college required; bachelor’s degree preferred  

 

Bonus If You Have: 

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment  
  • Administrative or office experience  
  • Experience in scheduling or dispatching  
  • Background in home services or similar industries  

 

Schedule Options 

  • 40 hours per week  
  • Scheduling may vary based on business needs 
  • Shifts between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM  
  • 1-hour unpaid lunch break  
  • Overtime available as needed
