Precision Door Service is looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team! At Precision we pride ourselves on the interactions with the customer being the best in the business! The CSR must have the ability to work face-to-face with customers and build excellent relationships while enhancing your customer service and sales skills and experience.
Qualifications:
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls daily
- Ability to share work among a customer service team
- Attentiveness and patience
- Time-management skills
- Ability to find the positive in any situation
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer facing roll (both on and off the phone/Emails)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with technology including experience in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint/Word/Excel)
- Detail oriented, organized and reliable
- Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Customer Service skills is a must
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Bright and friendly attitude
- Able to pass a background and drug screening test
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate all tools necessary for the craft
Compensation and Benefits:
- $20.00 per hour
