Precision Door Service is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role focuses on answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing a positive, professional customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
• Schedule, reschedule, and adjust service appointments
• Gather and enter customer information accurately
• Communicate with technicians and office staff throughout the day
• Handle customer questions and basic issue resolution
• Update and maintain information in company systems
• Support daily office operations as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Customer service or office experience required
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and other basic office programs.
• Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day
• Experience with scheduling or dispatching preferred
• ServiceTitan experience is highly favorable
• Organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused attitude
