Your Responsibilities as a Call Center Representative


  • Develop, implement, and continuously refine customer experience and dispatch procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails from clients, assisting with bookings, inquiries, and requests with management.
  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the customer experience and dispatch department.
  • Accurately process reservations, cancellations, and changes using the CRM system.
  • Provide detailed information about the customer's needs and main objectives they wish to be taken care of.
  • Listen to recordings to make sure calls were taken and handled accurately.
  • Call, text and email customers through Precision Provided CRMS.
  • Manage schedule to operate and run as efficiently as possible to maximize call bookings and schedule capacity.
  • To take instructions with ease for this position provided by team leaders.

Basic Position Requirements

All requirements will be provided by Precision Garage Door Service


Knowledge

· Experience in the garage door industry is preferred but not required - we will train you.

· Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet. You can’t be afraid of technology.


Pay and Benefits

We offer competitive pay that will meet or beat any trade. During your 90-day training period you will receive a base pay of $17.00 per hour. After training, pay may range between $17.50-$22.00 an hour.
