About the Company - Garage Door Service Technician

Precision Door Service is a leading garage door company in the U.S. We offer the very best in quality products and services. We are looking for quality personnel to deliver these exceptional services to our growing customer base.

Signing Bonus: $4,000 paid over first 15 weeks.

As a Service Technician for Precision Door Service, your duties will include the repair and replacement of residential garage doors and openers.

This position runs on a rotating schedule 7 day schedule. We must be available to our customers every day of the week. Technicians will work 4 days per week (Approximately 10 Hour Days). Some weeks you may work Mon-Thur and be off Fri-Sun, or you may be off Tues-Thurs and work Fri-Sun, some weeks you may have off Tues, Wed, and Sunday, or Thurs, Fri and Sunday. You will work 1 Sunday out of 5 weeks, and half of all Saturdays.

Garage Door Technicians for Precision Garage Door of Indianapolis can make anywhere from $60k-$120k or more per year with a minimum guarantee of $60k per year.

Minimum guarantee of $60,000 per year.

Average first year pay $77,912

Top earner first year pay $117,400

A Precision Door Service Technician should have:

  • Flexible schedule, as a Service Company we are available 7 days a week(Each team member is on 4 days each week)
  • EXCEPTIONAL work-ethic. You MUST use your time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals.
  • Ability to sell our products and services in a professional and ethical manner.
  • A near perfect attendance record, and ability to handle a high level of responsibility.
  • Capability of defining their own role, taking on responsibilities, and managing priorities with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to deliver Superior Customer Service.
  • Commitment to meeting high quality standards.
  • A clean or nearly clean driving record (minimum of three years).
  • Capability of heavy lifting (up to 80 pounds).
  • Ability to adhere to scheduling and attendance requirements.

No experience necessary. All applicants will have to pass a drug test, and background check prior to being hired. Applicants only need general mechanical skills and exceptional motivation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
