With over 100 locations, our professional and certified technicians repair over 1000 garage doors everyday - nationwide. Our franchise is locally owned and has been operated by the same person for over 22 years, We have three locations--the Upstate, the Henderson, Asheville NC area, and the Tri-Cities area in TN. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau in all of our locations. We are members of the Chambers of Commerce and even sponsor a bowling team. We are a small team that works closely together. We would like to make the right person a part of it.
I am currently the office manager and I need someone to replace me so that I can retire! The office manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of the office, including ensuring efficiency, managing resources, and providing administrative support. Helps ensure that the office runs smoothly and complies with company policies.
Responsibilities
- Administrative support: Schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and book travel
- Internal and external customer interface as needed to support personnel with complex situations and decision making.
- Office supplies: Take inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships
- Office equipment: Maintain equipment, identify needs, and acquire supplies
- Office space: Plan moves, additions, and changes to workstations
- Payroll: Review payroll procedures and prepare payroll for accounting office
- Systems: Develop and maintain systems for ensuring vital business activities occur smoothly and on a timely basis.
- Employee management: Recruit, train, and evaluate employees, and manage employee schedules. Work with employees to develop and follow basic procedures that maximize efficiency and prevent errors.
- Correspondence: Manage correspondence, including customer questions and requests
- Finance: Handle company financials, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and limited bookkeeping through ServiceTitan software.
Skills: Proficiency with common office software, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Good interpersonal and time management skills, Basic accounting skills, reliability and discretion. Knowledge of Service Titan Software a big plus!
