Your Responsibilities as an Operations Manager

·As an operations manager, you’ll be responsible for creating systems, implementing procedures, holding the team and staff accountable and reporting weekly updates.

·Identify areas for operational process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

·Lead, mentor, and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.

·Manage and coordinate projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

·Contribute to the development of long-term strategies and align operational activities with the company's strategic vision.

· Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and solve issues.

· Become proficient with software - Service Titan, Trello, SendHub, Google Mail, Dialpad (training provided).

· Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.

Requirements for the Operations Manager Role

· Have interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with customers and solve issues.

· Communicate and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Must be able to use a computer and/or tablet.

· Experience in the garage door industry is preferred but not required - we will train you.

· Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
