Location: West Palm Beach, FL

Schedule: Full-Time 

Compensation: $18 - $20/hr, Based on Experience 

About Us

We are a fast-paced service company looking for a dependable, organized, and energetic Operations & Marketing Assistant to help support daily office operations while assisting with social media marketing efforts.

This role works directly with the Operations Manager and will play an important role in keeping both our office and online presence running smoothly.

We are looking for someone who is positive, adaptable, professional, and willing to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

Operations Support

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Schedule customer appointments
  • Assist with dispatching and technician communication
  • Manage emails and customer follow-up
  • Help track projects and open tasks
  • Support office organization and daily operations
  • Assist with reporting and administrative duties

Marketing Support

  • Create and schedule content for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Record and edit short-form videos
  • Monitor social media messages and comments
  • Assist with content ideas and marketing campaigns
  • Create simple graphics using Canva
  • Help maintain a consistent online presence and brand image
  • Track engagement and social media performance

  • Is comfortable speaking with customers and technicians
  • Maintains professional boundaries and does not get pushed around
  • Is flexible and adaptable when priorities change
  • Has experience with TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Canva, or other social media tools

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience in dispatching or office administration
  • Experience with social media marketing
  • Basic knowledge of video editing
  • Experience with Microsoft or CRM software
