Outside Sales - Garage Door Designer
Precision Garage Door Service, America’s highest-quality and most customer-centric garage door company, is seeking driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Garage Door Designers. This is a B2C, in-home sales role focused on helping homeowners choose the right garage door solutions. We provide inbound leads—you run appointments and close the business.
Position Summary
- Run pre-scheduled, in-home sales appointments generated from inbound leads
- Design and sell garage door solutions through a consultative process
- Operate with high autonomy, managing your own schedule and pipeline
- Supplement lead flow by prospecting builders and referral partners during downtime
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home estimates and close sales with homeowners
- Accurately measure and scope projects for installation
- Deliver a professional, value-based customer experience
- Follow up on open estimates and manage your full pipeline from new leads to closed opportunities
- Occasionally support local events, trade shows, and industry outings

Compensation
- Uncapped commission structure with $50,000 guaranteed minimum annual pay
Work Schedule
- Part Time Thursday-Friday-Saturday 8am-6pm
- Local travel only
- No overnight travel
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (B2C or in-home sales preferred)
- Technical and or mechanical background (preferred but not required)
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Comfortable using iPad and mobile applications
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in garage environments (heat, cold, confined spaces)
Additional ongoing training is provided.
Pay: $50,000+ per year
