Plumbing Sales Lead

Primary Area of Focus

The primary focus of the Plumbing Sales Lead functions as a senior sales associate tailored for individuals well-versed in plumbing. The main concentration is on leading sales efforts and leveraging personal plumbing knowledge to generate increased volume. The Sales Lead is expected to provide quotes and estimate repairs / replacement work. A significant portion of their time will be dedicated to being on the road, actively cultivating new leads while adeptly responding to and closing business for existing leads.


· Conduct territory sales visits to promote and offer general plumbing services to residential and commercial customers including, but not limited to drain cleaning and maintenance, main line and sewer line pipe repairs and replacements, water filtration and quality, and kitchen and bathroom fixture upgrades

· Will access to plumbing leads generated daily that they are responsible for working through our sales process

· Use an established pricing guides and margin standards to quite all repair and replacement work to convert sales opportunities

· Educate homeowners on products and service offerings, making recommendations based on their needs in a Good, Better, Best solutions model

· Conduct all necessary follow up communication to existing customers and past clients to help generate additional plumbing sales opportunities

· Provide regular updates on progress of sales leads and general activity as required within all company tools that are utilized such as Service Titan, Salesforce, Slack, etc

· Participate in all company-sponsored training classes and certifications

· Maintain a professional image by adhering to safety policies, wearing approved apparel, and following ethical standards

· Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization

· Respect customer's property and uphold courteous demeanor with all customers and associates


· Valid driver’s license

· Must have experience in plumbing repairs and installation

· Strong customer service focus

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Previous experience with outside sales of in-home services is strongly desired, but all outside sales experience will be considered

Qualifications and Skills:

· Experience with ServiceTitan

· 3 - 5 years of previous customer service experience

· 1 - 2 years of previous telephone lead generation experience
