Location: Plymouth, MI (In-Office) 

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) + weekends as needed

We’re looking for a results-driven Procurement & Readiness Manager to support our growing enterprise across multiple locations. This role is critical to ensuring our technicians have the right parts at the right time - driving efficiency, reducing delays, and improving overall field performance. 

You’ll play a key role in strengthening procurement execution, improving inventory alignment, and supporting installation readiness across the business.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Standardize ordering practices across all locations  
  • Ensure consistent use of approved vendors and procurement channels  
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels for high-velocity parts  
  • Reduce special-order dependency through proactive planning  
  • Partner with operations teams to support installation readiness  
  • Track vendor performance, pricing, and fulfillment reliability  
  • Drive adoption of procurement programs (Neighborly/ProTradeNet)  
  • Improve visibility and consistency across inventory and purchasing processes  

 

Required Qualifications 

  • 7-10+ years of procurement, supply chain, or inventory management experience 
  • Experience supporting multi-location or enterprise operations  
  • Strong systems experience (ServiceTitan preferred)  
  • Strong organizational and process-driven mindset  
  • Proven problem-solving ability in fast-paced environments  
  • Experience implementing cost-reduction strategies and improving cost efficiency 
  • Ability to plan and execute effective procurement strategies  
  • High level of integrity and transparency when working with vendors and suppliers 
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to support enterprise locations 

 

Bonus If You Have: 

  • Experience in home services, building materials, or industrial distribution  
  • Familiarity with procurement platforms such as ProTradeNet or Neighborly  
  • Experience improving inventory systems and purchasing workflows at scale
