Precision Garage Door Service is a rapidly growing company, specializing in garage door sales, service, and installation. Based in Pompton Plains, NJ, with offices throughout the NYC Tri-State area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the expansion of our garage door sales division, driving innovative sales strategies to achieve our ambitious growth goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of field sales professionals and installers across the NYC Tri-State area, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and objectives.
  • Oversee internal support teams, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, customer service, and installation processes.
  • Identify and implement new initiatives to drive business expansion, including market penetration, new product offerings, and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and optimize booking rates for new sales.
  • Develop and grow relationships with architects, builders, and other key industry professionals to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, focusing on increasing revenue, improving operational efficiency, and elevating customer satisfaction.
  • Foster relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery of materials.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and development opportunities to empower the sales and installation teams.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously seeking out new ways to grow and innovate the business.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, installation protocols, and company policies.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales and management, preferably in garage doors or related home improvement industries.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a demonstrated ability to inspire and grow a team.
  • Experience implementing new business initiatives and driving significant growth in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with installation processes, materials, and industry regulations is a plus.
