As a warehouse team member, you’ll be responsible for:

• Handle all phases of warehousing: receiving, staging, loading, and inventory control.
• Maintain organization and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Stage and assemble materials for door installers and technicians; assist with loading/unloading.
• Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate order staging.
• Communicate with other departments regarding order changes, missing parts, and scheduling updates.
• Deliver materials to corporate locations safely and on time.
• Operate company vehicles and equipment as needed.
• Support building and product security, including damage prevention.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using basic technology (inventory systems, tablets).
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with vendors
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
